Home  Chamber News Suffolk County Department of Economic Development & CDM Chamber of Commerce Suffolk County & CDM Chamber working hand in hand to fine tune local economic development, Sep-18-2003, 10:34 AM The CDM chamber of Commerce continues its efforts to make our area a great place to open a business, live, work and play. Continued development of community festivals, business networking events, tourism programs, medical events, beautification programs such as our road calming banner program that welcomes all residents and visitors alike once in our area are just some of the services being provided by our chamber. These programs are a valuable asset to our business community creating a sense of pride, security and beautification are funded directly from membership renewals. The grant presented by Legislator Haley our Suffolk County Representative, written by President Michael Poveromo to help fund these programs, and now issued by Suffolk County Department of Economic Development will truly enhance many of our current programs.
