Home   Chamber News 2003 - 2004 CDM TOUR & TRAVEL MAP F&R Publication informed the Chamber 2003 map preparing for print., Nov-11-2003, 8:09 PM Rich the owner of F@R Publications on January 24, 2003 notified the Chamber President that our 2nd edition map spaces were 99% filled and production will start shortly. This is great news for the advertisers because the map will be available just in time for the start of the summer 2003 season. The map will be distributed at visitor location, airports, transportation providers, motels & hotels with chamber association, Brookhaven Tourism Offices, Long Island Convention & Visitors Bureau locations, festivals & events and many more locations promoting Long Island. The first edition 15,000 maps covered the 2001 - 2002 season was a large success which lead the chamber to approve a 2nd edition map for the 2003 - 2004 season. Only CDM Member businesses' had the option to purchase a space on the map and in past newsletters and at general meetings were notified. A 3rd edition map may be considered, however, that proposal is not slated until the 2004 Board of Directors is selected.
