The sign police are in town and have issued
warnings to local merchants to conform to sign codes or be fined. In
articles in our local papers, web site, newsletters and by word of
mouth the chambers Board of Directors has informed its members to take
serious warnings issued by our Town Investigator Mr. Pat Campbell.

new Town of Brookhaven Investigator Mr. Pat Campbell will be visiting
businesses' in our area who have displays or signs in violation of
Town of Brookhaven Codes. This comes on the heals of assisting the
Miller Place Civic remove eyesore posters and illegal signs posted on

technical situation lost many files!
Due to a technical situation many of our

Rocky Point Resident wounded in Iraq (Nov-11-03, 8:11 PM)
Fund Raising efforts to assist Lt. John Frernadez and his family
during his long term recover
Rocky Point native Lt. John Fernadez was
dispatched to Kuwait on January 20, 2003. John graduated from Rocky
Point High School in June 1996. He went on to attend West Point
Military Academy where he graduated in 2001. On April 3rd 2003 while
in Iraq John's platoon was hit by artillery. Three men were killed and
four were wounded, John being one of them. At our 13th Annual Music
and Arts Festival May 17 - 18 2003 at Cedar Beach donations can be
made at a special site donated by the Chamber. [More

October 25, 2003 at the MetLife Mt. Sinai
location parents and their children will be treated to a great family
fun event. Fire trucks, pop corn, cotton candy and child DNA kits will

children were fingerprinted and parents received a fingerprint ID
